Deep, Detailed Cleaning

Our deep cleaning service is recommended for all new clients and involves more than just regular "maintenance" or basic cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning every 4 months if you regularly clean your home or as the first most important step before beginning regular maid service. This is usually needed since there is a big difference between old dirt that has been accumulating for a while and new dirt that has recently depositted.  The deep clean allows us to give extra attention to areas that require additional scrubbing, polishing, and a whole lotta elbow grease.  During this session, we are able to get your home in pristine condition by attacking tough grease, grime, hard water/mineral stains, bathroom walls, plumbing fixtures, bookshelves, chandeliers, and other fixtures/furnishings that may require extra TLC during the initial visit.   After we get your home back to ground zero, each subsequent visit will be more efficient if you are put on one of our regular maintenance schedules.

Package A: Deep Cleaning Package Checklist

Basic Cleaning (Regular, Maintenance Cleaning)
A Standard Cleaning is perfect for maintaining the cleanliness of your home with a regular service or after a Deep Cleaning or Annual Cleaning. If it has been 3 months or more since your home was last thoroughly cleaned then we recommend that you consider a Deep Cleaning first and then sign up for regular Basic Cleaning thereafter.

Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

We specialize in move-out house cleanings, and detailed, deep cleaning service. We know that moving can be stressful, it’s a big job. Maybe you don’t have the time between work and moving to get the cleaning done. Whether you rent or own your home, you want to leave a good impression to welcome the new tenants. We will handle all of the deep cleaning that needs to be done to make your home shine. A move-out cleaning consists of everything in a basic cleaning, plus deep cleaning of the baseboards, oven, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, cabinets and drawers. If you rent, hiring a cleaning company is the easiest way to get the most of your damage deposit back. Our cleaning teams have a flexible schedule and we bring all the equipment with satisfaction that’s guaranteed. Garbage removal service and Steam Package available for an additional charge.

Annual Cleaning
Annual Cleaning is our most comprehensive cleaning service offered. View our checklist to see a list of all the cleaning tasks included. We recommend that you do an Annual Cleaning once every year to maintain your home. It is also recommended that you add Window Washing and Steam Cleaning to your annual home maintenance.
